Prior to joining the firm, Daan gained experience through internships in multilateral diplomacy, parliamentary affairs, and international legal practice. He has a particular interest in the intersection of trade law and international relations.

Daan is a Legal Associate based in the firm’s Amsterdam office and will shortly be sworn in and admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. He holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Amsterdam and a postgraduate diploma in international relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna. Daan further holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Dutch Law and Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by an exchange at the National University of Singapore.
