Siqi advises clients from the EU and China on navigating complex cross-border sanctions and export control requirements, with a particular focus on China-related matters. She has experience assisting clients across the defence, semiconductor, energy, agricultural, and retail sectors.
Alongside her client work, Siqi regularly publishes insights on EU sanctions and export control developments and contributes to academic and practitioner discussions through conferences and speaking engagements.
Siqi holds a PhD in law from KU Leuven, a master’s degree in EU law, awarded cum laude, from the University of Turin, and dual bachelor’s degrees in law and sociology from the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). She also holds the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
