Sally Eshun is a Legal Associate based in the firm’s Amsterdam office. Sally works on matters relating to sanctions as well as export control regulations. In addition to her background in international trade law, Sally has experience in matters involving international investment law and transnational litigation. Her work has an emphasis on litigation and arbitration related to sanctions and export controls.

Sally previously worked at an international law firm in Amsterdam where she advised and assisted companies in the energy, construction and transport sectors and governments in international arbitral proceedings as well as litigation which included matters pertaining to sanctions. As a native German-speaker, she oversaw and assisted in litigation and arbitration matters in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Sally served as Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, working on arbitral proceedings relating to, among other, construction and banking.
