Davide is a Legal Associate based in the firm’s Amsterdam office.  Davide works on matters related to sanctions and export controls compliance. He has experience with a broad range of export control and international sanctions issues in France, Italy and more generally at the EU level. His experience spans critical sectors, including energy, aviation, aeronautics, military, mining, retail, luxury, and transportation.

Davide has experience supporting export licensing processes, export controls compliance programs, risk assessments and audits, the development of policies and procedures, internal investigations, third-party and transaction due diligence, contractual review and classification/dual-use classification of products, ensuring adherence to national and international regulations.

Davide previously worked at international law firms in Paris and Milan.
